If you believe content hosted on Softgen is malicious, fraudulent, or violates our terms, please report it immediately by sending us an email to abuse@softgen.ai

Please include:

• The Project URL you’re reporting
• A brief description of the issue
• Any supporting details (screenshots, context, etc.)

What You Can Report

We review reports related to:

• Phishing (e.g., pages collecting passwords or sensitive data under false pretenses)
• Impersonation (e.g., pretending to be a brand or individual)
• Fraud / scams
• Malware distribution
• Spam
• Illegal content
• Copyright violations
• Harassment or hate content
• Any content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service

What Happens After You Report

We typically respond within 24 hours. Depending on our findings, we may:

• Disable the content or deployment
• Suspend the associated user account
• Block further publishing activity
• Preserve evidence for legal compliance
• Notify relevant service providers if necessary

Important Notes

• We may request additional information to investigate thoroughly.
• Submitting false or abusive reports may result in restricted access to our reporting tools.
• For legal compliance, some content may be disabled immediately while we investigate.
